The show is 21+ and will be happening at Resident on Tuesday, March 13. The price of admission is $10. Tickets are available online and at the venue, day of show. Karmic is a Los Angeles based electronic pop duo, co-fronted by Laura Baruch and Kylee Katch. Their debut single «Higher Self,» was quick to hit the radio waves in Europe, thus prompting a 2017 Fall European tour which they just retuned from. Back in LA, Karmic is currently working on some new music and releasing 2 brand new singles this Spring 2018.
Cillie Barnes is a musical project helmed by songwriter Vanessa Long.
In the past she’s put out a couple E.P.’s, had her songs in a couple shows, had some nice quotes written about her and...That shit’s in the past.
Now Cillie Barnes is Vanessa Long, Marko Kurtović, Nick White, Thomas Berg, Trevor Sohnen and Andrew Tyler. They just got done doing a full length album, Cobra Lily, produced by Joe Keefe and it’s gonna be sick. Collectively they enjoy the alexander technique, running the grand canyon, murder mysteries, postmodernism, animation, haunted houses, cheese, hounds, boardgames, and magick. In 2017, Rick Sorkin experienced a musical reawakening, in which he disappeared for months, and reemerged with a new body of work that he wrote, performed, recorded and produced at his home in Santa Monica, California. Rick’s songs aim to tell stories of integration and disintegration. He releases new music every week.
