Josie Kramer, M.A. is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, Mindfulness-Based Counselor, and Massage Therapist. Josie is also the Co-Founder of Body Love, Soul Purpose. She currently practices and teaches in Los Angeles and leads yoga retreats worldwide.
