This year, tickets for the concert will be requested online in the following ways:
Floor (Ground Level – Standing Only) tickets — Floor tickets will be available tomorrow at 10 am and run on a first come first served basis until no floor tickets remain. Once all floor tickets have been claimed, you will be prompted to explore the opportunity to enter the ticket lottery for 100/200 level (seated) tickets (please see below). If you are granted a floor level ticket, you will not have the opportunity to change into 100/200 level seating.
100/200 level (Seated) tickets — Students have the option of entering an online lottery to receive a ticket for 100/200 level concert seating. Note that not all students who enter the lottery will receive a ticket due to venue capacity restraints. Students will be notified Friday, September 22nd by 6pm of the result of the lottery.
If interested in signing up for the opportunity to receive a Bruin Bash concert ticket, please be mindful of the Monday, September 18th 4:00pm deadline.
Ok...so now I know how tickets work. But what actually happens at Bruin Bash?
— Get pumped up for a night of fun with our pre-show festival on the IM Field, featuring great tunes and plenty of swag.
Come check out booths hosted by sponsors like Coke, Postmates, Cannon, L'Oreal, Kind Bar, and YouTube and see what they have to offer!
The festival’s activities will run from 12pm to 4pm. The IM field will remain open from 5pm to 8:30pm for students to line-up to enter Pauley Pavilion for the Bruin Bash concert.
— You've been waiting months to find out who is taking the stage Monday, September 25th.
… well you're going to wait a bit more because we're announcing headliners later (but very soon, we promise).
Lineup for the concert begins at at 5pm on the IM field. Doors to the concert open at 6pm. The concert will start promptly at 7:30pm. Wristbands are valid up until 8:30pm, after 8:30pm there will be no admission into the concert.
— We're in LA, so of course we had to bring a slice of Hollywood to our humble hills of Westwood. If you're more of a film buff than anything else, we've got a free movie screening of Wonder Woman starting at 7:29PM* in Sunset Rec. Watch out for a FB event for more details.
Popcorn, candy, and other snacks will be served.
*We didn't just randomly choose this time — it's 30 minutes after the sun sets at 6:29!
