Improving your awareness and knowledge about the pelvic floor will be beneficial for the rest of your life, especially since it influences your mobility, activity and well-being. Whether you are expecting, just had a baby, your little ones have little ones of their own, or you are just a human being, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop we will explore:
-The structures of your pelvis, pelvic floor and why it is so important
-How to connect/become aware of your pelvic floor -How to relax the pelvic floor — expectant mama’s will learn how to push their babies out!
-Yoga poses to tone, strengthen and create BALANCE in the pelvic floor
-Breathing techniques + more!
