PAM Residencies is pleased to announce its first balcony-take-over by artist Dez’Mon Omega Fair, who, for the duration of his stay will be opening PAM’s doors to the public as he undertakes to transform our stairwell and lobby into a hallucinatory image-scape. Within an immersive installation with over 1000 watercolor paintings and drawings multimedia artist Dez’Mon Omega Fair will perform a spoken word exploration of memory, place, desire and conflict. His poetry will be underscored by a sound piece by sound artist, Colemon Moore and assisted by guest performer Kailee McGee.
Dez’Mon Omega Fair is an artist living in Los Angeles who creates large scale immersive installations with accumulations of figurative images sourced from geographic and emotional histories.
