Course 1: Creole Crawfish Dip
Served hot in the skillet with a side of buttermilk biscuits! A bit of heat, smokey Gouda, and spicy crawfish.
Course 2: Grilled Peach Salad
A mixture of mixed greens, grilled peaches, and candied pecans tossed lightly with a sweet tea vinaigrette.
Course 3: Smoked Brisket, Grits, and Collards
Beef brisket with signature coffee rub and smoked for 8 hours. Served with a side of H.O.G. bbq sauce, smoked gouda grits, and collard greens cooked with smoked turkey legs.
Course 4: Hummingbird Cupcakes
Traditional hummingbird cake with pineapple, banana, and toasted pecans with sorghum-buttermilk frosting.
