From Caló Provisions and chef Ted Montoya: «Con Safos is a Chicano term that literally means 'with respect.' In our Chicano dinner series, we will pay respect to the foods of our youth. By pairing classic Mexican ingredients with global influence and presenting our dishes in a way that speaks to the street food culture of Los Angeles, we intend to recreate the flavors, and more importantly, the feeling of our grandmother's kitchen.
