Roocket Fitness Inc. proudly presents its 3rd Annual Excalibur Fitness Competition. Designed to test the fitness levels of all, this fun and challenging event will guarantee you an intense workout that will keep you coming back for more! It will also give you a chance to see how you do against other regular individuals, just like yourself, who are as committed to their own physical fitness goals.

Fitness Category: Abxolute

Description: This fitness category is for competitors who have a beginner/intermediate fitness level.
Work Out Notes: Each workout round must be completed under the indicated time.
Scoring: Competitors will be scored will be based on time per workout and winner will be the competitor that wins more events for the time. Each workout must be completed under the set time, if the workout is not completed under the set time the score will be the number of reps.

Workout 1
One hour cap time.
Murph – For time
1-mile run
300 Air squats
200 Hand Release Push-ups
100 assistant Pull ups
1 mile

Workout 2
40 minute cap time.
1500 Meter Row
75 Man Makers – 20/15
100 AB Mat – sit ups

Workout 3
20 minutes cap time.

Fitness Category: CROSSFIT

Description: This fitness category is for competitors who have an intermediate fitness level and who have trained on the basic and most fundamental movements of Crossfit.
Workout Notes: workouts 1,2, and 3 are AMRAP in a set time, the score will be the fastest time or the more amount of reps total.

95/65lbs — 8 Thrusters + 8 chests to bar pull ups
115/75lbs — 6 Thrusters + 6 chest to bar pull ups
135/95lbs — 4 Thrusters + 4 chest to bar pull ups
155/115lbs — 2 Thrusters + 2 chest to bar pull ups

AMRAP in 15 minutes
