On the last Friday of the month, join Ayamanatara for a group healing, designed to help you become more conscious of your inner processes, while resetting your nervous system and balancing your brainwaves.
This particular therapy, developed by Ayamanatara for use in treatment centers, combines mindfulness, somatic theory, singing bowls, and coaching. This will not be a traditional meditative session, although you may come out of it feeling refreshed and recharged. Some clients have reported improved sleep patterns, a lessening of ADHD symptoms, increased self-control and self-awareness, and feeling more at ease.
