We would like to invite all interested high school and college aged youth to participate in our Spring 2017 Session of Escuelita Aztlán (EAZ). Our Spring 2016 session was a huge success culminating in eight student murals on Washington Ave and we are back at it again!
Escuelita Aztlan is a free youth organizing, artivism, and community ethnic studies program based out of South Central Los Angeles. The goal of the program is to develop more cultural and political conciencia among young people in our communities. The six week program culminates with a student mural project. This is a great opportunity to get involved in your community and leave your mark on South Central by sharing your unique story through art!!!
Please join us on May 20th for a brief information session followed by our first lesson!!! RSVP HERE: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSclCpQCNZk4G79px6V7z0FbolGntKqI1YmDwe6D887s8E9tyw/viewform?c=0&w=1&usp=send_form
